Tail gas desulfurization and dust removal process

Exhaust gas desulfurization and dust removal have become an important part of exhaust gas treatment. Currently, various types of desulfurization and dust removal equipment are available. However, wet electrostatic precipitators have been widely used, and the designed stainless steel boiler exhaust gas desulfurization and dust removal equipment solves the problem of flue gas treatment.

1. Technical characteristics and process principle of tail gas desulfurization and dust removal device

1. Technical features: This device mainly adopts (dual circulation) new turbulent Venturi dust removal and desulfurization technology. The same tower adopts a two-stage double-cycle dust removal and desulfurization process. The dust removal and desulfurization are carried out at the same time, the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency is high, and the absorbent has wide adaptability.

2. Dust removal mechanism: The liquid sprayed upward from the nozzle of the dust removal quenching tower spreads evenly radially under the action of different positions on the cross section and different rotation centrifugal forces, seals the dust removal tower cylinder from the center to the outside, and makes the liquid rotate and tumble in the micro-motion. Improved surface update capability. At the same time, it is in strong turbulent contact state with the downward flowing gas, fully dispersing and emulsification, effectively utilizing the liquid phase energy and gas phase energy, and establishing a dynamic equilibrium foam zone. In the foam zone, gas purification is achieved due to the turbulent contact between the main body and the larger and rapidly renewing liquid surface, resulting in particle capture, reactive absorption, and gas quenching.

3. The process flow of the tail gas desulfurization and dust removal device: the flue gas enters the turbulent flushing section from the top of the dedusting and quenching tower through the waste heat boiler, and most of the acid gases such as SO2 and particulate matter are absorbed by the NaOH solution. It then enters the integrated tower and rises to the defoamer, through which finer dust, particulates and SO3 are removed. The water mist is removed by the mist eliminator, and the purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the upper chimney of the integrated tower. The wastewater at the bottom of the tower enters the drum filter, and after solid-liquid separation, enters the slurry concentration buffer tank. The solidified product enters the filter cake of the vacuum belt dehydration mechanism and is sent out of the device.

2. Wet desulfurization and dust removal technology

The contact of the flue gas and water will cause the water to filter the dust and other substances in the flue gas. Based on this principle, wet dust removal technology can better capture dust particles and increase the size of dust particles to more than 10m, thereby better removing dust in flue gas. In addition to flue gas dedusting technology, wet dedusting can generally be used to complete tail gas desulfurization.

At present, wet dust removal technology is considered to be a more effective flue gas dust removal technology, which has the advantages of safety, reliability and low price. At the same time, the technology can also be applied to various smoky environments, and has the characteristics of convenient operation and maintenance. However, pipe corrosion and sewage residue issues should be considered when applying this process. Therefore, under normal circumstances, it is necessary to cooperate with the use of other dust removal technologies to solve the problem of pipeline corrosion and achieve a good dust removal effect.

Wet desulfurization and dust removal technology generally includes heating, drainage, desulfurization, dust removal, dehydration and other emissions. In the desulfurization and dust removal of boiler exhaust gas, a heating fan is generally required. After heat treatment, the heat of the flue gas rises to the upper dust collector, and the flue gas is evenly discharged into the dust removal pipe through the cyclone plate.

A corresponding spray device is installed in the dust collector, which can spray an appropriate amount of liquid dust. Through the chemical reaction of the dust removal liquid, the pollutants, sulfides and flue gas in the boiler flue gas can be effectively removed. After heating, drainage, desulfurization, dust removal and other steps, the boiler flue gas reaches the basic standard. At this time, the corresponding flue gas dehydration treatment can be discharged.
